Main Republican Caucus – February 11, 2012
READ IMPORTANT NOTE: THE MAINE CAUCUS IS VOTER FRAUD! With only around 80% of the precincts reporting, the state chairman (CHARLES M. WEBSTER) called Mitt Romney as the winner with less than 200 votes separating Romney and Ron Paul. Many predicted Ron Paul would win the Maine Caucus. The biggest fraudulent act was the last minute cancellation of the Washington County Caucus that has a large Ron Paul support and would have inevitably made Ron Paul win. They will be holding this caucus today, February 12, 2012, and their votes will NOT be counted. To top it off, “Notably, not all of Maine’s municipalities have held a caucus yet – tonight’s results only represent about 80 percent of Maine’s towns. According to state GOP chairman Charlie Webster, there are 505 municipalities in Maine, of which 420 have caucused. An additional 40 or so small municipalities will not hold a caucus at all, and the remaining will hold a caucus in the coming weeks.”

Ron Paul Wins RLC Straw Poll in a Landslide-
“Ron Paul won the Republican Leadership Conference straw poll by a landslide in New Orleans Saturday. In a big win for the Congressman from Texas, he nearly doubled the tally of the second place candidate — Jon Hunstman, the former Governor of Utah. The top four vote getters were: Rep. Ron Paul (612 votes),
Jon Huntsman (382 votes),
Rep. Michele Bachmann (191 votes), and
Herman Cain (104 votes). None of the other candidates (Romney, Palin, Gingrich, Pawlenty, Santorum, Johnson, Roemer) garnered above 100 votes.” http://thenewamerican.com/usnews/politics/7923-ron-paul-wins-rlc-straw-poll-in-a-landslide

With the most recent Straw Poll cast, we can see a major variation from the trend of wins for Ron Paul. So either Florida dislikes Ron Paul or there may be another answer. Although it is completely plausible that Ron Paul is not as popular to Floridians, there is a MAJOR difference between Florida’s Straw Poll and other states.
1) The pool of voters are exclusively Delegates only. (It is NOT open to the general public like all other Straw Polls)
2) These Delegates are pre-registered 6 months prior.
3) These Delegates are chosen by a lottery.
4) These Delegates then have to pay a $175 dollar fee to vote.
Is this representative of the Florida public or a hand picked group to sway opinion?

So why should you vote for Ron Paul? Here is a very abbreviated summary about Ron Paul and some of his beliefs. Ron Paul is a 12-term U.S Congressman from Texas, a medical doctor, a former Air Force flight surgeon and author of finance. He is a Christian. Ron Paul is for less government control and a strong upholder of constitutional rights, freedom and civil liberties. He opposes “Obama Care” and would rather change the tax code to give back any unused medical funds as a tax credit to the insured (more money in your pocket!) For those without insurance who can’t afford treatment, he recommends renewing the use of charity hospitals (actual free care, NOT paid by taxpayers like county and state hospitals.) Instead of spending billions of tax dollars securing the borders of other countries, he would stop and spend it on creating stronger borders in the United States for our national security. He wants to drastically reduce your income tax, as taxed income only accounts for 1/3 of government spending and could be used in other ways. Along those lines, he wants to cut unneeded government spending. In his newly revealed plan to save our economy, he gave a set strategy to save 1 trillion dollars in his first year as president. To top it off, he pledges to take a yearly presidential salary of $39,336 (usually $400,000 annually) which is the average median income of an American worker. He will propose an audit of the Federal Reserve which currently handles government money in secrecy. Additionally, he wants to use more earmarks so that we know where every penny of government money is being spent so that it can not be misused. He wants to eliminate the upcoming National ID card which will embed “standard identifiers” and tracking technology into all citizens drivers licenses. He is for more privacy and less government intervention. He believes many controversial decisions should be made at the state level (gay marriage, etc.) and the federal government should stay out of those decisions, giving the decision up to the local people. In his 20+ years in congress, he has been consistent in never voting for higher taxes, never voting for an unbalanced budget, never voting for raising congressional pay and voting against an increase of power in the executive branch. Lastly, Ron Paul believes that we should “stop policing the world” and instead focus on taking care of our own citizens by making US the top priority. He would not wage wars of greed and aggression, but put America first and only use force to secure our protection. Read more about Ron Paul and his revolutionary ideas at:

I have been blocked from posting in yahoo news blogs about Ron Paul. I notice I do not see anybody blogging about Ron Paul on there anymore. I think Yahoo is blocking everyone that post for Ron Paul. We need someone to lead us on how to beat the media. Maybe start a group called beat the media on Facebook or something like that. I think we need to start something like that.
Wow. I had a similar experience. I was trying to email FOX news because they invited people to tell them about “media bias.” I emailed them 4 times about Ron Paul and got a mail failure notice. Then I sent them a blank email and it went through! I am wondering if they literally are blocking all emails with the name “Ron Paul” within it or if it was just a glitch? Hmmm… Anyway, that sounds like a great idea about a facebook group for “Beat the Media.” You should start it and I will help you spread the word. Let me know if you do…
Well I did it. I started the page called Beat The Media on facebook. Although my wife tries to find it and it does not always come up for her when she types it in directly. I wonder is this more of the media trying to controle us though FaceBook? Check it out and Like it please so we can spread the word fast.
Ma’am,
I just want to say that this post does a wonderful job explaining the truth about Ron Paul’s chances as becoming the next President and the love Americans have for liberty. I want to also say that even though I am convicted that living a homosexual lifestyle is sinful, guess what? Liberty brings people TOGETHER. This is what a free society is all about. This is why God gave us free will in the first place. To live free and make our own decisions; to govern ourselves. I didn’t point out that I disagree with your lifestyle to be hateful or to tell you how I think you should change, I pointed it out to make the valid point that individuals with the freedom to practice their God-given rights of life, liberty and property does more to unite a society more peacefully than a government with a collective “We know what’s best” approach. God-bless you, ma’am and I thoroughly enjoyed your post. Well done!
for Liberty,
Dustin
Thank you for your insight on libery. I liked how you put it. I respect your opinion.
